Courtnie Robenolt – Owner/Head Trainer-Jesse Owens
Courtnie Robenolt is an ACE certified trainer & group fitness instructor. She has been working in the fitness field since 2005 and has loved every minute of it. She is passionate about health and fitness and works everyday to be available to help her clients meet their personal fitness goals. 2009 Courtnie opened her own personal training business, she then began running boot camp style classes for other gyms around town and loved the group fitness environment. Courtnie has experience in training all walks of life.
Strength is your biggest asset, once you fall as all do, It is your strength that will get you back up again!

Hillary Bailey - Trainer/Ft Lowell
Hillary Bailey is an ex-radio DJ turned Personal Trainer. She spent 11 years in radio working in Arizona, Colorado and California before returning home in 2009 to be closer to her family after recieving a medical diagnoses. In March of 2009 Hillary was diagnosed with PCOS, an ovarian disorder that affects everything from thyroid function to Insulin levels. When she was finally diagnosed, Hillary had gained over 45 pounds in less than 6 months. It was the desire to gain control over PCOS and understand her body that brought Hillary into fitness and nutrition.
I know what it’s like to be fat, and I know what it’s like to be fit. When you struggle with your health- you have to go harder and eat cleaner than everyone else.

Catherine Hinners
Trainer/Ft Lowell
Catherine has been teaching group fitness classes since 2006, when she started teaching Step Aerobics in Sierra Vista. She has been certified to teach as a Group Fitness Instructor, Physio Ball Fitness trainer, and Strength Consultant. She also has certifications to teach PiYo, Group Power, Group Step, and Group Kick. Catherine certified last year with Dragon Door as an HKC Russian Kettlebell Instructor. She is also a certified Dynamic Eating Coach through IPE in Colorado. Currently, she is studying to become a Personal Trainer. She has lived in Sierra Vista for nearly 14 years and just recently moved to the Rita Ranch area with her fiance and two children, Anna and Zach.

Beth Palmer – Head Trainer/Vail-Rita Ranch
Beth Palmer is the head trainer for the Vail/Rita Ranch location having much knowledge in interval style training as well as long distance running. Beth is continuing her education personal and group training. Her passion for fitness flows over into everything she does from her own family life all the way to building up groups of strangers the confidence to run marathons. Beth will be happy to work with you on your personal goals and work around any limitations you may feel you have.

Natalia Robinson – Trainer/Vail-Rita Ranch
Natalia Robinson is an Ace certified personal trainer who began her career in fitness as a high school and middle school wrestling coach, she has since expanded to working with women of all ages and group fitness settings. She holds a degree in Dietetics and combines her love of nutrition with her passion for fitness to reach her own health and fitness goals, while also having the privilege to help others discover what their bodies are capable of. Her motto?
This is the only body you will ever have the honor of knowing, treat it well and it will return it ten-fold.
Alma Kartchner – Trainer
Alma Kartchner began olympic style weightlifting in Jr. high school and even did so competitively through high school. He also began his study of martial arts around the same time and currently holds a 3rd degree black belt in Tai Shin Ki Do. Alma has pursued fitness with a passion his whole life and takes great pride and joy in helping others achieve their own fitness and health goals. Alma is working toward his ACE personal trainer certification as well as a degree in physical therapy.
